Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period so that you can evaluate our service before making a purchase. We strongly recommend taking advantage of the trial to ensure the service meets your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted within the first 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The service is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • The subscription was not activated or delivered
  • You have not used more than 20% of your subscription period

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After the 7-day refund window
  • If the service is functioning but you simply changed your mind
  • If you violated our Terms of Service
  • If quality issues are related to your internet connection
  • For temporary service interruptions or channel changes

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for the refund. We will respond within 24-48 hours.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may be offered for extended subscription periods.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access will expire at the end of your subscription period. No cancellation is required.
